Professional Experience
Attorney Erena D. Baybik is the senior immigration attorney at Baybik Law Group, P.C. She practices exclusively immigration law and focuses on all types of immigration cases. She has successfully represented hundreds of immigration clients throughout the United States and abroad.

During the more than six years that Ms. Baybik has been an attorney, she has represented clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service, the U.S. Consulates abroad, and defended clients in the immigration courts.

She was named one of the Florence Immigration Law Project's Pro Bono Attorney of the year and has been interviewed on Fox News, KTAR's Arizona Morning News, The John Adams Show, as well as other news sources regarding various immigration questions.

Erena D. Baybik has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan, a Juris Doctorate degree from New York Law School in New York, New York, and a Master's degree in Comparative Law from Moscow State University in Moscow, Russia.

She was admitted to the New York State Bar in April of 2002. She is also admitted to practice before all of the Immigration Courts in the United States. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
